An AI-powered platform for construction compliance and regulatory documentation in the Baltics. Automates the compliance layer: reading regulations, flagging violations, generating documentation. Built for an industry still largely running on paper.

2022

Scraped Latvia's largest classifieds site for car listings and built an ML regression model to predict vehicle value from listing parameters. Covered the full pipeline from data collection to model training.
